Sciatica flare up!!!! Had little sleep & now off to work! Fatigued In pain Heavy Urghgggggghhhhhhh Why these flare ups? Why now ? The sun is shining it's warm today..... wish I knew why ...........

Great! My legs are like blocks of pain hard to move my knees aswell doesn't help I've been at work all day stood up ..... no air either today! I'm due on my period in the next week so it maybe having an impact on my body

New mattress and CBD oil = no pain for at least a month!

Wrist is so swollen now. Bloods came back that there is inflammation in my blood.... back to doctor Martin next week.... for a diagnosis on wrist .....

Wow ..... I wasn't expecting this today. Swollen glands, sore throat, meaning I can't talk, can't swallow. The fatigue is horrendous I'll start my meds this week. I have "rehab" in a couple of weeks. 🙂 restoration programme. Got bloods again tomorrow..... inflammation being looked at.

Doctors yesterday as this pain is getting worse & the spasms are worse. He's prescribed, Nortriptyline. We'll see Have my appointment with specialist on April fools day (gotta laugh) that can't come quick enough.

Today .... zombie shattered feel broken Yesterday... felt like I was my normal self so proceeded to do the gardening, have my nails done , housework , walks. What a difference 12 hours makes.
