So I've had a good day seen friends & chatted crystals etc , but it got to about 5 pm & bam , back / ribs & thumb pain all there !!!! why

What is this! Spasms within my rib cage Started the other day (forgot to mention) started in my back & have worked round to my front chest. Mainly feel again when in bed. When lay down is the worst.

Thursday morning...the pain is starting to feel more to the front of my chest / rib cage, oh & my thumb still just my left thumb is blinking agony.. I'm left handed... Today I have a day off work , spending the day at home trying to get on with normal life. My ribs crushing my body. Throat closing up. God the pain. My specialist appointment isn't for another 3 weeks Going to concentrate on my Etsy business to lift my spirits.
